Fistral Beach offers surfing, cafe, shops, a restaurant and a lovely day out for the family on it's sandy beaches. Or you might stroll down to Newquay's fishing harbour past the local surf shops, stop for a bit in the Red Lion - a local good food pub and then go on into Newquay town centre for some shopping. In the evening Newquay has plenty of restaurants, bars and nightclubs to offer.

For those interested in golf, the golf course greens lie behind the cottage overlooking Fistral Beach.
