I agree with the terms and conditions of the tenancy overleaf, to leave the house in a thoroughly clean and tidy condition and to report any damage or breakages incurred during my tenancy. I also relieve the proprietors of responsibility for loss of property or accidents to myself and party.
Signed………………………………………… (person named at the top of the booking form) CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) Booking Terms and Conditions of Reservation for Fistral Walk Holiday Cottage, Newquay, Cornwall Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. The cottage must be vacated by 9.30am on departure to allow time to prepare for the next visitors booked. You are expected to leave the property in the same clean, tidy condition as when you arrived for your holiday. There will be a 'charge' for losses, breakages and if necessary 'extra' cleaning if required. Therefore we require a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 which will be refunded to you accordingly but if any damage or loss exceeds the £100 bond you will be charged the difference. Holiday tenant's behaviour should be such not to annoy neighbours, this includes no loud music please. (It is a condition of letting the property only as a holiday let.) The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury sustained, or damage or loss of property brought to the premises. This also includes any vehicles parked in the area. We strongly advise customers to take out their own holiday insurance to cover cancellation of booking, as once confirmed no refunds are repaid. Customers are legally responsible for payment in full. No liability can be accepted should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors. We reserve the right to refuse if not suitable. You cannot sub-let. To conclude, these conditions have been drawn up for your hapy and enjoyable stay when you visit Fistral Walk Cottage. Booking A deposit of £300 is required within one week of telephone reservations. £100 returnable Good Housekeeping Bond must be paid 1 month before arrivals. £300 returnable Good Housekeeping Bond for single/mixed groups. For late bookings of 4 weeks or less before arrival, the full amount is required with the booking form. The prioprietors reserve the right to re-let the cottage if the balance is not paid by the due date. No bookings from persons under 18 years of age. We regret that we cannot accommodate all male/ all female or singles groups (unless agreed with the proprietors by arrangement and a bigger bond maybe required). No smoking or pets sorry. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any person who's behaviour interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of neighbours or other tenants or is deemed unacceptable and will be required to leave without refund. |
